Ember & Oath Ceremonies Terms of Service

Welcome to Ember & Oath Ceremonies (“we,” “us,” or “Ceremony Provider”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your booking, participation, and use of our Ember and Oath ceremonies and related services, including digital or in-person events in Las Vegas, Nevada.
By using or booking any ceremony, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
1. Service Overview
Ember & Oath Ceremonies offers personalized spiritual ceremonies, including Ember and Oath ceremonies, held either in-person in Las Vegas, Nevada or via digital/virtual platforms.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter this agreement under Nevada law.
3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking: Bookings must be made via our official website or authorized channels.

Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your ceremony date. Full payment is due as indicated in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or direct message. Fees apply as follows:

14 or more days before ceremony: No additional fees; deposit non-refundable.

7 to 13 days before ceremony: 50% of total fee (including deposit) due.

Less than 72 hours before ceremony: Full payment due.

Your ceremony is considered canceled only after receipt and acknowledgment of your cancellation notice.

Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
4. Location and Governing Law
These Terms and all related services are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, specifically applicable to Clark County and the city of Las Vegas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively under Nevada law and venue, including arbitration held within Las Vegas, Nevada.
5. Nevada-Specific Waiver and Consent
By participating in Ember & Oath ceremonies, you acknowledge and agree:

You voluntarily consent to participate in spiritual ceremonies that may involve symbolic acts, ritualistic elements, and personal reflection.

You assume all risks related to participation, including any emotional or spiritual effects.

Ember & Oath Ceremonies is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the ceremony.

You waive any claims against Ember & Oath Ceremonies arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law.

If the ceremony is held on private property or other designated locations in Las Vegas, you agree to respect all property rules and regulations.
6. Virtual Ceremony Participation
For ceremonies conducted via digital or virtual platforms:

You are responsible for ensuring access to necessary technology (internet connection, devices, software).

Ember & Oath Ceremonies is not responsible for interruptions caused by technology failures or user error.

Your participation remotely is subject to these Terms as if attending in person.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use your information solely for ceremony coordination and communication.
8. Intellectual Property
All ceremony scripts, artwork, and materials are proprietary. Personal use only; no reproduction or resale without permission.
9. Code of Conduct
Respectful and lawful behavior is required. We reserve the right to terminate participation for violations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Nevada law, Ember & Oath Ceremonies disclaims all liability for damages arising from your participation. This includes emotional, spiritual, or physical harm.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time, posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
