These policies ensure that your ceremony planning proceeds smoothly and respectfully for all parties involved. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Deposits & Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and initiate ceremony planning. The deposit amount is based on the type of ceremony:

  • $100 USD deposit for Ember Elopements and The Binding

  • $300 USD deposit for The Sacred Union and any custom ceremonies

  • Giftable Rituals must be paid in full at the time of purchase

The remaining balance for your ceremony is due no later than 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled ceremony date. All additional payments beyond the initial deposit will be invoiced via PayPal. You may pay using a PayPal account, debit, or credit card through their secure platform.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes may occur. If you must cancel your ceremony, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • 14+ days before your scheduled ceremony: No additional fees will be charged. Your deposit remains non-refundable.

  • 7 to 13 days before your ceremony: 50% of your total fee (including the deposit) will be due.

  • Less than 72 hours before the ceremony: Full payment is required.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or direct message). Your ceremony is considered canceled once confirmation of cancellation has been received and acknowledged.

Rescheduling Policy

We allow one (1) complimentary reschedule, provided the request is made at least 7 days in advance of your original ceremony date. Reschedule requests made less than 7 days before the ceremony may incur a $50 rebooking fee depending on availability and preparation already completed.

Subsequent reschedule requests may also be subject to fees.

Refunds & Credits

Due to the highly customized nature of each ceremony and the preparation time involved, refunds are not offered once a booking is made. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable and will always strive to offer a compassionate and fair solution where possible.

If your ceremony must be postponed due to emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond your control, your payment may be credited toward a future service at our discretion.

Giftable Rituals

Giftable ceremonies are considered non-refundable purchases. However:

  • They remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • They are transferable to another recipient, with prior written approval.

Scheduling is subject to availability. We encourage early coordination to ensure your recipient has ample options.

Travel & Location

Our services are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and include nearby locations such as Red Rock Canyon and other scenic desert venues.

  • Travel within a 30-mile radius of Las Vegas is included.

  • Travel outside of this range may incur additional mileage and/or lodging fees. These will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

We are also happy to recommend venues and help coordinate location logistics as part of your ceremony planning.

Force Majeure

In the event that services cannot be rendered due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic restrictions, or personal emergencies), we will make every effort to reschedule your ceremony or provide an equitable alternative.
